Requirements / Training

All volunteers undergo safeguarding checks and receive training, so you can confidently support our Explorers.

1. DBS / Background Check – All volunteers undergo safeguarding checks.
2. Safeguarding & Child Protection Training – Ensures the safety and wellbeing of young people.
3. Welcome Chat – Learn procedures, policies, and how our unit runs.
4. Ongoing Support & Mentoring – Receive guidance from experienced leaders.
